IN planning a tour of P90X and then a week of active rest and 12 days of Stew Smith's Home Training Navy stamp is a plan good enough to get the best possible shape for Infants Navy

It looks like something that works. A bit dangerous if you do not know your physical limits at the moment. My advice would be to run several miles a day at a pace comfortable to work for you, and some gymnastics. I hate to hurt before training camp.

The first thing you need to do is to eat healthy. This was the first thing I noticed when you eat in the Navy. Although foo does'nt taste the best, is very, very healthy. So the physical part of the Marines is very intense. You need to do much more than a race. I would start with 2 miles per day. And a lot of ups and sit-ups grow.
