Excess Umbrella Does Umbrella Policy Cover Excluded Claims?

Does umbrella policy cover excluded claims? - excess umbrella

I get an umbrella liability policy for more. I understand that only active if the policy's main building manager or auto policy is exhausted. But what if a particular claim is not covered by the basic insurance? For example, if the automobile insurance does not include a specific driver, then someone is injured in an accident. Under the assumption that the person is not excluded under the policy that the claim by the political environment, despite the limits of automobile insurance are covered be exhausted?
