the tooth has stopped beating, but it is a growth on my lip right under your nose. It is sensitive.

I suppose so, you should get a dentist or an ENT doc consult antibiotics, with warm salt water, baby carrier soft toothbrush, take 800 mg, 1 every 8 hours, ibuprofen for warmth.
