I recently got this bike, not (just the picture), and the handlebars are too low for my long legs, I'm not sure how to turn the handlebars to raise, I'm the big nut or bolt or four screws, it can really do not see in the picture you see two of them ...

Your best option is to get better, if you really think they are too weak to believe.
